Cadbury Nigeria plc on Wednesday, July 22, 2020 announced the appointment of Adedotun Sulaiman as its new Board Chairman with immediate effect.
The appointment follows the resignation of Atedo Peterside on Tuesday, June 30, 2020.
A notification on the Nigeria Stock Exchange (NSE) signed by the company Secretary, Fola Akande says the newly appointed Chairman, Sulaiman was elected and apporoved during the board of directors meeting on Wednesday July 22, 2020.

Sulaiman was appointed to the Board of the company as a Non-Executive Director in August 2009 and has served on a number of Board Committees”.
